Latest leap in innovative oat-beer brewing. Dutch beer-style brewed after Campaign for Netherlands guidelines. Grain bill consists of 50% oat malt, 25% barley malt, 20% wheat malt and 5% rye malt. Beautiful pale beer flavored with lots of Simcoe hops. More about the history of Koyt beer is here. Momentarily the only Dutch style of beer of which this is the 2014 new and modern version. Oats are indigenous in Europe and are healthy, demand less fertilizer and improve the soil.
