Ingredients: Water, oat malt, barley malt, wheat malt, old European noble-hops, Styrian Goldings whirlpool hops, top-fermenting yeast.

Starting point for this beer was our historic Koyt beer with 45% malted oats. We made it a bit stronger, added a little pale ale malt, a Styrian Goldings whirlpool hop and added some oak chips in the aging process. This is our interpretation of old durable Dutch ships beer; the name means 'Sailors' and was found in old references about beer. Oats are indigenous in Europe and are healthy, demand less fertilizer and improve the soil.
